B: Apple juice then later some oatmeal

L: Carrots and some apple and four crackers

D: Shrimp and mushrooms

S: Chips - grrr soo not on the diet but I forgot my apple at my other job. Had no money for the vending machine so that was my only option.

Day 3 of detox today going pretty well. Tweeked it just a tad allowed a couple of small things I shouldn't like teriaki sauce on the shrimp and mushrooms, but keeping it to a minimum. Will see tomorrow how much the scale has gone down. Lost almost 3 the first day and this morning was down 2 more.

Campbell's Soup At Hand Creamy Tomato Bisque, 1 serving

Dinner

Broccoli Cheddar Soup, my recipe, 1 serving

Snack

Skinny Cow, Dulce de Leche, low fat ice cream, 5.8 oz

Daily Totals 781 calories 14g fat 121g net carb 36g protein
