jhawkchick75 Posted May 13, 2010 Report Share Posted May 13, 2010 Yesterday got really busy so didn't get time to post B: Fiber one cereal (not on the detox, but trying to get something going down below) S: Small green apple L: Cubed ham and hard boiled eggs D: Dinner was at an event and out of my control but tried to be good. Had spin dip, one buffalo wing, and some 7 layer dip. Also had a couple cocktails. Detox "officially" ends tomorrow but am going to try to do it on as many days as possible.
