B: Breakfast burrito and hash browns S: Carrots w/ salsa (sounds wierd, but really good!) - it's almost 2 and i'm not hungry for lunch so just snacking for now. Been using carrots instead of chips w/ my salsa or bean dip. D: Mushrooms & shrimp in a bit of teryaki sauce S: Taking grapes to work w/ me
damalove Posted May 13, 2010 Report Posted May 13, 2010 first day back on solids after first fill... here we go: B: 1 oz raw walnuts L: 1/2 cup cottage cheese S: 1.5 oz mozzarella as a snack while cooking D: half of a super thin ribeye steak, about 2 - 2.5oz + 1 cup roasted butternut squash cubes for dinner Totals: 600 calories, 30g total carb, 34g fat, 47g protein. I am meeting some girlfriends tonight for dessert, so Lord knows that calorie count will go up, but I doubt I'll exced 1000 cal today.
