Got sent home from work sick i'm feeling really nasty. Just took a 3+ hour nap though hoping that will help. Trying to drink lots of water.

B: Quaker weight control oatmeal (1 packet)

L: Campbells chunky soup (drain out the juice)

S: Tofutti ice cream sandwich

D: Cheese pasta w/ tuna

S: Chips and dip

L: bockwurst sausage, 2tsp garlic mustard, green giant just for one broccoli cheese sauce - 265 cal, 4g carb, 12g protein

S: cottage cheese - 80 cal, 4g carb, 14g protein

D: in-n-out burger, protein style :D - 250 cal, 10g carb, 18g protein

TOTALS: 813 calories, 50g total fat, 20g net carbs, 65g protein, 11g fiber
