I can barely believe it, but the hard work has completely paid off for me.

I'm down 91 lbs!

I exercise every. single. day. (-->at least 45min of HIIT cardio & I weight train at least 3x's a week)

I eat extremely clean.

And I food journal.

That's the big secret everyone talks about on here, for success.

I finally cleaned my closet over the weekend -- Bye size 18 jeans.

Good bye 2x shirts.

Hello size 10 mavi jeans!

I feel amazing.

I'm excited to enter the next chapter of this journey:

Refining my body fat % and increasing my lean body mass.

My current weight is 164lbs, but I'm not watching the scale anymore.

Congratulations! That is great to get to the point where you aren't watching the scale anymore. I hope to be there in a few more months.

Wow, what an achievement! I am currently at 164 myself, but at 5ft.3in. it still isn't pretty. You look great! This is the second time I have lost a large amount of weight. That added to 2 pregnancies, and a c-section has left my mid-section in sad condition.

Wow that is awesome Lindsay. You look fantastic and all the hard work has sure paid off. Do you mind me asking how tall you are? You look like you weigh about 140 so you are either 6 feet tall or or my image of 164 is way off ( hahahahahaha)

Thank you everyone.

My biggest challenge has been controlling my binge eating, which is close to impossible to do with the band and the restriction I have.

Mind over matter, right?!

Debbie -- I'm 5'8" (and a half!)

Just proves a # of the scale doesn't mean a lot. We all carry our weight differently.

Congratulations! wow...it makes those of us new to the journey feel like it is possible....you look great and I can hardly wait to be where you are. I agree with you on the binge eatting...that alone made the band worth it for me...the trouble I am having is how to deal with all the reasons/emotions that sent me into a binge to begin with...but I'll get there...Thanks again for your post.
