Vitamins

Hey so Does anyone know of a good liquid vitamin. The one I have I can hardly choke down its so GROSS not sure if I can do that everyday So any advice on any brands that arent as gross would be geat thanks.

Which ones are you trying? I am using Emergen-C mostly because I can use various flavors...my fav is the orange one...not sure what your targets are as far as vitamin needs..But I can tell a big difference when taking my vitamins..

I tried the CVS brand and I have to agree that was the nastiest thing I have ever tasted...Where do you get that brand-Emergen?

Hello,

I get the vitamins from CVS or Lucky's in the vitamin sections. I just went and got some more today, use it twice a day...good luck.

I bought some chewable gummie children's vitamins they taste great and have the dosage for adults (2 for anyone over 4 lol) plus they are cute princess vites so my kids steal em as well lol.

I use gummy vitamins too -- VitaFusion Multi-Vites for adults. Theyre delicious and feel like a treat.

Better yet, I buy the Target brand of em for even cheaper

I cant say I feel a difference when I take my vitamins or not... but I just do it anyway.
