B: None, slept in S: Chocolate ice cream (1 scoop) L: Chips and dip S: 1 hardboiled egg (no yoke) D: Chicken, potatoes, and a wee bit of mac and cheese. Calories so far: 1,300

It's been a rough day one of my best friends is having a baby today and I can't go b/c I have to work tomorrow (she lives 3.5 hrs away) and so i'm in a mood b/c of that and some other stuff. Like you said just need to get myself in a positive state and move on. I went to the store today so I am stocked up on good food!
