Brekkie: Pizza Quiche

Mid morning snack: string cheese

L: roast beef slices and green giant just for one broccoli/chz sauce

D: the last of the leftover ribeye steak from the BBQ. and the last of the broccoli slaw

evening snack: slice of homemade flax bread with butter, splenda and pumpkin pie spice

Totals: 939 cal, 56g fat, 18g net carb, 73g protein, 16g fiber (woohoo fiber!)

Race day tomorrow so this is my food prep day!!

B: Sausage, eggs, and hash browns

L: Two hardboiled eggs (no yolk), cottage cheese, and 1/2 of a small green apple

D: Parents showed up and took us to dinner but it did not go well. Got steak and mushrooms and most of it came back up. So back to water. :(

Calories so far: 800

*Lots of hydrating gonna be a hot race tomorrow! Only doing the 5k but i've been sick and not training.
