damalove Posted June 4, 2010 Report Share Posted June 4, 2010 Brekkie: Pizza Quiche Mid morning snack: string cheese L: roast beef slices and green giant just for one broccoli/chz sauce D: the last of the leftover ribeye steak from the BBQ. and the last of the broccoli slaw evening snack: slice of homemade flax bread with butter, splenda and pumpkin pie spice Totals: 939 cal, 56g fat, 18g net carb, 73g protein, 16g fiber (woohoo fiber!) B: Sausage, eggs, and hash browns L: Two hardboiled eggs (no yolk), cottage cheese, and 1/2 of a small green apple D: Parents showed up and took us to dinner but it did not go well. Got steak and mushrooms and most of it came back up. So back to water. Calories so far: 800 *Lots of hydrating gonna be a hot race tomorrow! Only doing the 5k but i've been sick and not training.
