Bandiva
A few of my friends are doing Dr. Berstein and they get Vit B shots regularly. I think it is for energy. Anyone out there doing this or know anything about it?
PAMMIE
I'M NOT SURE WHO DR BERSTEIN IS BUT I GO IN MONTHLY FOR A B12 SHOT WITH MY DR. I'VE HAD MY VITAMIN LEVELS CHECKED TWICE NOW IN THE LAST 2 YEARS AND IT'S THE ONE VITAMIN I RUN LOW ON, 147. NORMAL RANGES FROM 247 - 911 I'D GO IN EVERY WEEK FOR A SHOT IF THEY'D LET ME

PAMMIE
I DIDN'T HAVE ANY LUCK RAISING MY LEVELS WITH SUBLINGUAL PILLS WHICH THE DR SAID HELPS 25% OF THE TIME. I GUESS THE ABSORPTION RATE IS HIGHER WITH THE INJECTIONS
Lindsay
Dr B uses them, because his clients don't take in enough 'real' food to get everything your body requires. You can do vit b shots at home. When I was dieting & bodybuilding, I used to administer them myself once a week.
