how soon do you start losing after band ?

i was banded friday and i know it's only been 4 days, but i expected to lose at least a pound or two by now. my scale says exactly the same as the day i weighed at occ before my procedure. how long did it take before pounds started coming off for you ?

Remember you are swollen and gassy. Don't worry the pounds will start leaving. Right now just focus on staying on track and doing the right things, the lbs will take care of themselves if you do.

It all depends on you. It's never easy to lose weight so if you do things right and eat healthy and work out, you should start losing weight in no time.

I am 22 days post op and weigh the exact same that I did the morning of my surgery.
