I am being banded in 2 weeks and I have seen some posts about people cutting up pills or crushing them. I know that during the liquid phase you have to use liquid meds but after that what is the problem with pills? I take allergy meds and just wanted to know how that will work. Will they get stuck, is there a certain size, is it a forever thing..........

i havent had a problem with pills. I take the gel caps (ibuprophen) when i have headaches and they work fine. i also try to use the liquids if i can find in whatever i need to take, but never been stuck on a pill

I did not take pills during the liquid phase but now can take them just fine.

I haven't had any trouble with any size pills. I take Tylenol Sinus gelcaps and they go down just fine.

I only have problems when I try to take 2 or 3 pills at once.
