Has anyone had surgery with Dr. Manuel Gutierrez Romero

Hi everyone I wanted to know if anyone has had surgery with Dr. Gutierrez Romero in Tijuana Mexico, I visited his website and I liked what I saw but I am not sure If I want to go and have surgery with him. I know that a majority of patients who have had lapband with Dr. Ortiz have gone to Cosmed but I went to their website and was not too thrilled with the pics that I saw. I want to get a breast lift and maybe augmentation. I am almost at goal im 176.5 now and my goal is 165. I have lsot all fullness in my breast. I have basically been approved for financing for the surgery and wasn't sure where to go. Any help that you guys can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
