I was at Costco yesterday and found a Kashi cookie that I am thinking may be a breakfast option. Asking for your opinions. Here is the nutritional breakdown:

1 cookie equals 130 calories 45 from fat

Total Fat 5g

Sat Fat 1.5g

Cholesterol 0

Sodium 65mg

Total Carb 20g

Fiber 4g

Sugar 8g

Protein 2 g

I'm thinking of this with an additional protein might work for breakfast - would love to hear what you think.

did I already post this somewhere else, or did it not post- hmm- sorry if it's a repeat. I wonder if you would have a lot of protein and cals to make up for if this is all you had for breakfast.

I do a protein shake as my liquid in the morning. It contains 29g of protein, but thanks for wondering. That is what I love about the forum, people may have thought of things you don't for yourself.
