ATLMark Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 I found this recipe online and wanted to share. I used many fat-free ingredients to make to as healthy as possible. I love Greek dressing and this satisfied my cravings for it!! Ingredients 1 cup Hellman's light mayonnaise 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt (I used fat free Greek dressing) 8 oz feta cheese, (I used fat free feta cheese) 1/2 cup red wine vinegar (I used about 1/4 since it is so potent) 3 Tbsp olive oil 2 tsp dried oregano (I added extra since I love oregano!!) (1 clove garlic, optional) Directions (1 serving = 1 rounded tablespoon) Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.

Antigoni Posted April 4 Report Posted April 4 Creamy Low-Fat Greek Herb Dressing Recipe Ingredients: 3/4 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt (rich and tangy base without extra calories) 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (to keep the dressing light and smooth) 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (adds brightness and zest) 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (for a subtle tang) 2 tbsp crumbled low-fat feta cheese (just a hint for flavor depth) 1 tsp Dijon mustard (for a kick of spice) 2 tsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill) 1 tsp garlic powder (easy-to-use option for garlic lovers) 1 tsp onion powder (rounds out the flavor profile) 1/2 tsp dried oregano (classic Greek herb) Salt and black pepper to taste (balance seasoning to your preference) Directions: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, almond milk, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar until well combined. Add the Dijon mustard, feta cheese, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly blended and smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more herbs or lemon juice for extra flavor. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Serve over fresh salads, drizzle on roasted veggies, or use as a dip for a light and refreshing touch! Serving Size: Approx. 1 tablespoon per serving This creamy dressing is a guilt-free indulgence at "Antigoni's Deli Concept," created with love for health-conscious food enthusiasts.
