trcousins
Does anyone here own or use a mini trampoline for exercise? I've had one for a few years and just love it! It seems easy on the joints and I can walk, run, do jumping jacks, dance and do all sorts of stuff on it. You can also purchase a bar that attaches so you can have more stability. RobertAndrew
trcousins, This is my very first post here. So hi everyone. I must say that the trampoline can be an excellent form of exercise. You do short intense bursts of intervals on this to really maximize Cardio benefit. I say if you have the room and a little extra money this would be a great alternative to heavy road running and save some wear and tear on your joints as you point out. guatemama05
I love jumping on a trampoline but the last time I did, it killed my back and knees. Maybe I can take it up again after some LBs are gone! This would benefit my daughter too.
anisfatima
You need to work hard from start and try to achieve what you actually can. Cycling and cardio exercises are good,
Lachiz
I am one month out of plication surgery and down 20+ lbs, and was wondering if anyone knows if I can start doing hot yoga again?
