missmudd Posted August 16, 2012 Report Posted August 16, 2012 I don't really drink sugary drinks. They give me a headache. How are some of you getting up to this number? I noticed my weight has plateaued for the last 4 days and I'm only able to eat around 400 calories. I'm just full! I emailed Dr Miranda and she said that my 400 cals a day were not enough and to make sure i'm getting the protein in. Yeah, I'm getting about 30g a day of protein. Suggestions? My stomach seems to hold about 3 oz and I'm comfortably full at that point.
