Clear Liquid Diet pre-op 2 days??

On the clear liquid pre-op diet, are their any protein shakes allowed? I can't seem to find my details about that? I thought I would ask here before I pester the folks at OCC again.

I guess I didn't remember the CLEAR part I drank protein shakes. I know I did I brought the powder in a bag on the plane with me and my shaker bottle. I tried to look back over my paper work but I couldn't find it.
