Allyson
Hello. I am a divorced professional women, so socializing over a meal whether through work or personal, is a large part of my life. How do you manage at restaurants post gastric sleeve. I don't want to go to a work dinner and/or date and just stare at the food. Appreciate any/all thoughts! Dolittle
I personally did the stir my food, or play with my food thing and make it look like I was eating. In reality just eating till I was full. You'll learn to order very small types of food,, like a small house salad and stuff like that. If your with family, get used to doing the doggie bag thing. Portions are going to be way too much for you to eat at a restaurant. You can eat for a couple days on what you bring home in that doggie bag. lol
