Do I let them know when I am coming In and we go from there. How will I know my hotel room will be available that same week. Does the concierge book your room. Wonder if the dates are conflicting? How many days are u covered in the hotel. I wanted to come in on Wednesday and leave on Sunday. I want the procedure done on Friday. Is that enough time Any info helps. Coming from Florida. And a week out, email them to get conformation. They should give you a contact number for the van driver too.
