Hi,

There is a woman on lapbandtalk.com that will e-mail you her excel file. I'm trying to download it now......but just don't feel right about sending you it without her permission. She has a fairly recent thread online indicating that if you send her a private message, she will send it to you. It looks good.

I personally use fitday.com.......it doesn't use excel, but graphs things nicely.
