Slim Fast "Easy to Diegest"

I got all excited when I saw that Slim Fast has come out with an easy to digest, lactose free, gluten free ready made drink!!! I bought it to try (I'm still trying to find a good one for the pre and post-op time)...

Well, it may be easy to digest, but it's NOT easy to swallow! UGH! *gag*

Two small sips and it went down to sink. Blech

try adding something to it... some real vanilla or some other type of flavor. I still add a bit of peanut butter to my protein shake... it makes a HUGE difference.

I know this sounds crazy (and gross) but I had a can of the Slimfast cappuchina ultima stuff yesterday morning and I swear my pee smelled like coffee all day, lol. I'm getting ready to have one for dinner tonight - I guess I'll be smelling coffee all day tomorrow too

You know what, these past three days I have had the cappuccino delight ulitma drink as well, and today I noticed after I pees the same thing. I sat there and was thinking why do I smell coffee? So either we are both crazy, or neither one of us are crazy, LOL.
