I mean, do I only count the broth as a meal and then just add the juice or popsicles in between throughout the day as needed? I just want to make sure I'm doing this right. I haven't really been hungry but I have felt thirsty. Is it normal to feel unusally thirsty? Maybe my question sounds silly but I just don't want to make any mistakes. The purpose of this stage is to heal and you will need to stay properly hydrated for that. Don't worry about weight loss until after your first fill.
