Tracey Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 I was just banded on March 20. I'm trying to figure out how to arrange my meals. I mean, do I only count the broth as a meal and then just add the juice or popsicles in between throughout the day as needed? I just want to make sure I'm doing this right. I haven't really been hungry but I have felt thirsty. Is it normal to feel unusally thirsty? Maybe my question sounds silly but I just don't want to make any mistakes.
Clynn Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 Have as many liquids as you want. Keep away from the high calorie and sugary things but otherwise have as much as you want. The purpose of this stage is to heal and you will need to stay properly hydrated for that. Don't worry about weight loss until after your first fill.

I just didn't want to mess up right from the start. If you have any other information that you think would help for these first few weks I would greatly appreciate it.
