This sounds more like a public hospital than a private one like Dr. Ortiz runs and it looks like the killers are targeting people who wouldn't be crazy Amercians getting WLS

Don't worry! Dr. Ortiz's clinic has security guards outside the entrances at all times. If you are not supposed to be in there, you WON'T be in there. The outer doors are all locked too. Nothing to worry about. I felt completely safe while I was there.

seems to me it was just a prison break going on. Unless Dr. Ortiz is operating on prisoners (which I highly doubt) then I dont think you have anything to worry about.
