byweight Posted July 13, 2004 Report Posted July 13, 2004 Hi Everyone, I'm Angie and I got banded seven weeks ago tomorrow (Tuesday). I have yet to get a fill. I don't think I need one yet, but I seem to notice when I go somewhere long distance, I get more restriction. I notice that what I do eat stays with me a lot longer and I don't get the munchies. I went to Santa Barbara with a friend and we had calamari, shrimp, oysters at around 2pm and that is all I have had today and still feel very full. Ooops, I forgot to mention I did have about a half a cup of sherbet. But, still yet, that is pretty good for me. When I travel or just around the house, I am a big water drinker and maybe that helps too! I don't know, but I do know that maybe I should always travel and not stay home, wouldn't that be nice! Hope to hear back from some of you sleeping bandsters! Love, Angie
Shell Posted July 15, 2004 Report Posted July 15, 2004 Angie For me I know that when I travel long distances (especially when I fly) I retain alot of water. Could this be the same for you? If so, it would explain the "more restriction" you feel when you travel. Just a thought Michelle 4.6.04 265/231/160ish
