I am kinda bummed, but have no choice. I had also mentioned to her about feeling starved in the afternoon. Dear Judy Take some liquid fiber (estore) at 300pm you will feel more relief. Make some home made shakes lactaid milk in the begining, protein powder, banana or berrys, ice, and chocolate powder OR Orange juice, plain yogurt and a banana, protein powder.
