Hi my name is Eva, I had my surgery in TJ on June 11, 2007. I am doing fine, I have lost 27 lbs. Feeling great, can eat pretty good, not alot, but I feel enough. I feel full, and that is what counts. How are you doing?.

I had it that morning with you!! I've only lost 11.5 post op. Bummed, Bummed about it. How are you losing sooooo much???

My friend Diana has lost 17 lb post op.

I feel full when I eat, but get hungry, like stomach growling. We're going for our fills on July 23rd. Let me know your secret.

hi brandon and eva, i TOO WAS BANDED WITH YOU ON JUNE 11.. I HAVE TALKED TO DIANE JUST BEFORE HER FIRST FILL. I HOPE TO HAVE A FILL IN AUG 20 OR 21. EVA HAVE YOU HAD YOUR FIRST FILL YET? Hi, my name is Deborah. I had my surgery August 2, 2007. I am doing very well. The port site is a little sore, but other than that everything is good. I am 8 days post-op and have already lost 15 pounds. My liquid phase is 4 weeks. It was hard trying to get all of the liquid and protein in, but I've mangaged to do it. I made the protein intake easier by taking liquid protein in the morning. That combined with an Atkins shake mixed with 1 scoop of Unjury give me almost all of my protein intake by mid morning. I then concentrate on my fluid intake, which is usually water, diet V-8 splash, V-8 vegetable juice, chicken and beef broth, sugar free carnation instant breakfast, or thinned cream of chicken soup. I do think of food often and I've found the smell of food is intensified. I'm hanging in there. My 2 week appointment is Thursday, August 16. I look forward to that date.
