Leaking Port - Question

Can you please share with me if any of you have had a leaking port? I was banded only 90 days ago and after a fill last week, my port is not holding a fill. They have verified that what went in is not coming out and think it is a slow leak around the port. Also, the surgeon made a comment about getting in before my next deductible is due. I have only had three fills and do not feel that this is something I should be paying for to have the port replaced. Have any of you had a similar experience that you can share with me? I would appreciate it. From what I understand, it is an easy surgery to replace it; that they just go in through the port incision.
