craz2bme Posted January 12, 2006 Report Share Posted January 12, 2006 I've noticed that I'm eating more lately. My first fill was on Oct 1st 2005 and I've only lost 23 lbs. Is that normal? Should I be losing more weight? Do you think I need a new fill? Can anyone give me advise. I'm afraid of gaining weight if I'm not able to control myself. DOnt rely on the band to do al lthe work, work your band..just becuase you can eat more does not mean you should.
