I'M NOT DUE FOR SURGERY UNTIL 15TH NOV, BUT DECIDED TO TRY AND STICK TO IT AND IF I CAN'T I'VE GOT TIME TO MAKE A 1000 CALORIE A DAY DIET. THE CONSULTANT HAS ADVISED MILK AND YOGHURT AND OXO FOR EVENING MEAL, WITH LOTS OF WATER THROUGHOUT THE DAY. HAS ANYONE DONE THIS DIET AND IF SO HOW DID YOU GET ALONG? MY ONLY WORRY IS THAT FROM THE 8TH-12TH NOV I'LL BE IN NEW YORK AND DONT KNOW IF I TRUST MYSELF ALSO YOU ARE ADVISED TO TAKE IT EASY BUT I'LL BE ON A SHOPPING TRIP WITH THE INTENSION TO SHOP TILL WE DROP (HA HA) ANY IDEAS OR ADVISE WOULD BE GREAT.
