LaurenLeigh
Does anyone have a suggestion of a decent tasting vitamin? I bought liquid vitamins and they are so foul tasting/smelling that it makes me gag. If I buy children's chewables, besides the fact that they aren't geared towards adult needs, my kids will want them and how can I say no to a cute kid asking for a vitamin? Lol. I think there may be adult chewables, but I don't want to waste the money and them taste bad too. I already wasted 10 smackers on the liquid vitamins. Thanks, ~Lauren

Thanks, ~Lauren I got the Sam's club, Members Mark brand chewables. They're not as potent as adult vitamins, you may have to take two aday. But they taste like Sweet Tarts candy. That's why the kids like them. LOL
FurEllie
Centrum Silver comes in a chewable. I think they taste fine but I'm not picky about anything I can eat, lol.
snowbird
I got some liquid vitamins from a Hi-Health store called "vitamin and mineral supreme formula 19." If you don't have the stores in your area you can order online. The stuff actually tastes not too gross. The clerk let me sample it in the store; it is mixed with some type of fruit nectar and I actually drank it down straight and it wasn't that bad. However, I usually mix it with a little apple juice at home. I just got home from TJ yesterday, and one problem I had was really bad leg cramps in the night. I figured it might be from some mineral deficiency with the clear liquids and drank some of this vitamin stuff down, and problem was solved. LaurenLeigh
Thanks guys! I'll try the chewables. I really feel like I should be taking a vitamin because I'm eating so little and I've had a few dizzy spells. The liquid centrum is literally the grossest thing I've ever tasted in my life, and I'm not a picky person! Lol. Thanks again, ~Lauren
Anna830
:-h Hey Lauren, I am new here but figured I could add my advice (or tricks) in hopes to help in some way. I buy the Centrum liquid and add it to my protein icie every morning. Can't taste it at all. Protein Icie Water (enough to liquefy protein powder) Blend in blender with protein powder and vitamin Cubes of frozen Crystal Light (mix with only half the water recommended and freeze in cube trays) 1 can diet shake (Slim Fast or Advantage) Additional ice for desired consistency Blend Enjoy
