Brenny Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 Hi, My dr requests Optifast for 1 week pre op, one week post op. I'm not sure how much to buy!! Also I'm so worried about the taste. I can't stand slimfast, or ensure Can you buy it as a powder without flavor??? My banding is scheduled for Nov 1. I am now getting scared. Not of the surg, but the same fears you all have posted. I have read if the protein intake is too low, your hair thins. HELP ME PLEASE. Thanks, Brenny
