Pre Op Diet???

:blink: .. Well i talked with Dr Miranda this week and am starting my pre op diet tomorrow.. I would have started this weekend but i was bitten pretty badly by a cat at work.. right in my thumb joint OUCH and had to get on antibiotics and my dr told me to eat food with my meds.. so Monday I am starting my 3 week pre op... I have my slim fast I have my Lean C's... I have stuff for salads... but the thought of eatting cold salad.... burrrr.... can you all recommend some other "green" stuff....I have 16 lbs to lose and I want to do really well but I need my warm dinners.. thought some of you might have some green recipies I can try.

HI STACY, I AM NEW TO THIS AS WELL. BUT AFTER I SPOKE TO DR. MIANDA I FOUND A WHOLE LOT OF THINGS TO DO. I SAUTED SOME ZUCCINNI, GREEN BEANS, ASPARGAS AND SPINACH W/ GARLIC IN BUTTER FLAVORED PAM W/ SALT & PEPPER AND IT WAS GOOD. YOU CAN ALSO HAVE SWEET PEAS , ARTICHOKE, SAUTED MUSHROOMS AND BROCCILI. THE ONLY CATCH IS YOU HAVE TO USE PAM. THE SALAD STUFF IS REALLY GOOD WITH THE SPRITZER DRESSING. THE FRENCH AND CEASAR IS THE BEST TASTING SO FAR. TAKE CARE AND GOOD LUCK.
