Guest lookin4hope Posted January 17, 2008 Report Posted January 17, 2008 I was banded in March '07. I have been up and down and not really been able to truly focus. Before Thanksgiving I had lost about 50 lbs..since then I have put back on 20 lbs. I need support. I live in Orlando and am looking for a fellow Florida bandster that I can talk to and get support from. I am a working mother of 3 kids and struggle everday with my weight. I have true food obsession and have learned to eat around my band. At this point have have another 60lbs to go to reach my goal and as of today I am questioning if I will ever be able to make it. I have the support of my husband but no one else in my life knows that I got the band. Please let me know if anyone else can relate and is looking to have someone they can talk to and lend support to.

I found that by sharing with my friends, they are very supportive and of course my family. I just got banded Monday and am looking to a lifetime of health!
