Protien Shakes

I am the type of person that is picky when it comes to food (ok well healthy food so I have tried protein shakes in the past, just to spend $30+ on something I will pitch because it is nasty. What a waste. So, I was researching protien shakes on another forum and found information on Vitalady www.vitalady.com and http://www.bariatriceating.com/. They both offer "samples" for about $2.00 a mix. I ordered a ton and plan to keep my order form handy to write if I like it or not. They also come with receipes to "help" with the flavor.

I swear I am the only person in the world that likes the Optifast... Of course I am firm believer that you can improve the flavor of ANY shake with the sugar free Da Vinci syrups...

I buy the EAS Advantage drinks, my favorite is the fudge. They really tast great,not gritty or have a bad after taste, just drink them really cold. And only 100 calories.

And I LOVE Atkins Advantage shakes! 15 grams of protein and I think they are great, all flavors too. Slimfast chocolate is good too but their vanilla and strawberry are gross. Haven't tried any others.
