These sites are such a great way to keep yourself motivated and to track what you are eating...

I use http://www.fitday.com almost obsessively, lol and it really keeps me accountable for my daily calorie and workout goals. My favorite thing is how it calculates how many calories your body burns in a day just performing normal functions, (like breathing, sleeping, or eating)

I think my body at this weight with a minimal amount of activity from my job burns around 3,000 calories per day so when I think about how many calories I had to have consumed in the past to gain as mu ch weight as I did- it is pretty mind-blowing!
