Kittycat
My question relates to the post -op liquid diet period where you are not ingesting food...do you pee a blue streak? Do you get the diarrhea? I haven't seen any feedback on this subject...and just wanted to know. Thanks Cathy

Once you start on solids does the diarrhea go away? Cathy
Kim2BSlim
Yes, I believe it is because you are only drinking liquids so your bowels are very loose. Once you start solid food, it should go away. >
BeBe
I was actually constipated. I've only gone 3 times in the three weeks since I've been banded.
Kittycat
I was actually constipated. I've only gone 3 times in the three weeks since I've been banded. I think I would rather be constipated than have urgent diarrhea!! Thanks ladies for your feedback!! Best of luck with your journey..Cathy
Paula Bee
Yep, constipation was/is an issue for me. I am eating activa yogurt now to try to get things back to normal
MamaMichelle
No diarrhea for me either, I put 2tsp of Beneiful Fiber in each of my shakes so I think that helped to bind things up!! It's totally tasteless, you can add it to soup, shakes, yogurt or even water, I am still using it today to meet my daily fiber requirement/goals. You can get it at walmart, costco or the OCC e-store!
