Thanks! My surgeon gave me a demonstration on Wed with a plastic stomach and band w/port...I was really surprised at how small the band is!!

Now I see why they say that the opening is so small and to chew, chew, chew!

If you can handle that sort of thing, there is a video on YouTube on a lap band surgery. It was really cool to watch because it shows everything. ...pushing the fat around, stitching the band in place, etc. I watched it a few times. Very interesting.
