Request for a copy of medical records

I know some people have mentioned that they asked for a copy of their medical record from the centre. Has anyone have difficulty with getting this and is there a charge?

I asked the day of surgery and recieved them in the mail 6weeks later.I wasn't charged anything.

I requested my MR over 3 weeks ago and still have not received them. I will update this post when I do though.

I just called them and asked them to fax a copy to me and I got it within a day.

Sometimes you got to call Rene a couple times,, I know,, you shouldn't have to,, but I think its that Mexico attitude.

Anyone gone down for a Fill and emailed ahead for a copy and picked them up when there?? Just wondering... I think it's a good idea to have them for my records so I want to get a copy when I'm there for my fill in a few weeks.
