What are OCC's post fill guidelines anybody?

Since I didn't go to TJ for 1st fill I am wondering what guidelines OCC uses.

NYU is liquids day of and next day, then 2 days of soft mushies, then full diet.

For your first fill it is only liquids for 3 days after then back to regular food

For your 2nd, 3rd, 4th fills (and beyond) they actually encourage you to eat a real meal about 2 hrs after the fill so if you're too tight you can return to the OCC for an adjustment...

No problem, I just read your detailed fill post and the standard first fill at OCC is 1.6cc-1.7cc I am thinking that since your fill was less (1.0ccs) I bet you could eat a little bit sooner!
