Mackenzie
I do SO well for breakfast (1/4-1/2 cup granola with FF yogurt and some blackberries) and lunch (cottage cheese and turkey or 1/2 banana) and when dinner rolls around (the last 2 days) i have been eating too much (however its a lot less then what it was before!). I almost wish that I would PB, JUST once, but nothing. I have noticed that if i eat right when I get hungry (around 5pm) then I dont snack anymore- which is good (so ive conquered that) Sorry for complaining - I dont know what has gotten into me the last two days, but Im paying for it on the scale bc havent really lost anything!!!!! I just need to get my head in back in the right place!!!!!! Bc Mama Michelle and I are getting our boobs done in '09! hahahah My goal for this weekend is to REALLY watch what i eat at night!!! I am going to fix this in the next few days!!!!!! I CAN DO IT!
Willi333
This could be me I am not banded, but on the pre-op diet and it looks like soon as I get off work and on my way home, all I can think of is FOOD FOOD FOOD :lb12: So what helps me a lot is to have my "dinner" if it is a shake or the lean cuisine right before I leave at around 4:30. And the rest of the evening I keep myself busy, eat maybe some salad and fill the rest up with water LOL Be Strong - YOU CAN DO IT !!! ~Ute~
Mackenzie
the post op diet is hard!!!!! good job for findinig something that works for you! I found that if i eat around 5 (that seems to be the time i get hungry) i dont snack- my hubby has to eat alone but he doesnt care- i think he likes to eat and watch tv more anyway! hahaha I just dont understand why i feel the need to push my limits and eat more then I KNOW i should..its not like Im hungry anyway i just WANT to eat.... (since my fill has made me not hungry- but it doesnt really restrict much i guess...)
Willi333
Here it comes ... "old habbits die hard" but it is really true. It is our head missleading us and hey, if we would not loooove to eat, I guess we would not be here, right ? That's why I have to leave the room when my hubby starts eating all the good stuff LOL otherwise I don't know ... You are down 32 lbs :lb13: This is great !!! ~Ute~

Kelly Y.
I do the same thing, I am good till 5pm and then the munching starts. Right now I am just trying to keep off what I have lost until I get to my 1st fill on 5/2. Hopefully then the afternoon hunger will not be so consuming .
