Mackenzie Posted April 30, 2008 Report Share Posted April 30, 2008 Super easy... last night I threw a salad together and it was awesome a handfull of spinach leaves 4 strawberries cut up about 3oz of cheese cut into small cubes 1 cup grilled chicken cubed a drizzel of Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar salt pepper and a pinch of sugar (i like to cut things fairly small just in case i dont chew it 30 times-most of the work is already done for me) This is a well balaced meal, leafy greens, protein, fruit, health fat) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
