lock27 Posted May 6, 2008 Report Posted May 6, 2008 I was wondering if anyone knew if we can take benefiber. i took it one day and it went right through me(sorry for the detaisl). I feel that since i am not eating yet, i am not as regular as i used to be. any suggestions
MamaMichelle Posted May 6, 2008 Report Posted May 6, 2008 ABSOLUTELY!! In fact Dr. Ortiz sells Benefiber on his website as part of the post-op Optifast Shake package.. I have been taking it once or twice a day and I have been really regular!

mom12 Posted May 7, 2008 Report Posted May 7, 2008 I add 1 Tbs. to my protein shakes on preop and plan on doing that post op as well. Nothing is as obnoxious to me as not being regular.
