Alana
I was feeling great all day until I took a nap. Now I'm nauseous and have some pretty sharp pain on my left side...did anyone else experience this?
mom12
I am not feeling great today either Alana. I think the trip yesterday really wore me out and then trying to go back to work today left me feeling really crummy so I came home around 1:30 and slept. I do feel a little better now. Since today was also the day I added yogurt smoothie to diet, I thought that may have made me feel worse. I'm not sure, I just know that for having just had surgery I am doing great but I certainly am not 100%.
Alana
I'm sorry to hear that, Val - I took today off from work, but I may take tomorrow off, too, if I keep feeling this way. I haven't felt any pain on my left side until today, so I have no idea what I did to make it happen.
doinfi9
Give yourself more time...I really did not start to feel better until around day 8 post-op. I am now at day 14 and feeling great. I can sneeze without feeling like I twisted a gut and can finally sleep any way I want. Honestly you are in for a long few days, but give it time and you will feel better. I guess I assumed that because I felt so great after the surgery that it would keep on, but I need to realize that I did just have SURGERY and I need to give it time.
