karenlynn79
I have trouble swallowing those big One A Day vitamins (even when cut in half!) and I HATE that Centrum liquid stuff. Does anyone have any other vitamin suggestions? Small ones? Or chewable or liquid that is not gross? Thnx Karen
calicat
i chew my son's chewable flintstones with extra boost of something - i get them at costco!
Kittycat
My nutritionist suggested Jamieson chewable adult multi-vitamin, I am not sure how it tastes yet as I am awaiting my surgery date before trying them. She did however state that children's vitamins are not sufficient for adults. Ask your doctor or pharmacist. Best of luck, Cathy
utahmom
VIACTIV now makes a chewable vitamin. It is a chocolate cherry flavor and very palatable. The directions say to chew 1 a day, but after comparing to the vitamin I used to take (Centrum Silver), I chew 2 per day. You should be able to find them in the pharmacy section of your local grocery store.
fat2nrml
I use my daughters Flinstone gummies sour vitamins. I love 'em!! It says on the bottle for adults to take 2. I've been taking them since I had my surgery. I just chew them to liquid, they're really good. [What I really like is they don't have artificial sweetners!!] Darlene
nothereanymore
I don't like them either - and I'm in the darn business - I throw them in my protein shake and blend them up to cover the taste.
Renegadebkr
I use the tropical oasis mega liquid and it taste like oranges. Just don't smell them but they even give you all the vitamin B12 you need without extra supplements. I will email you the address that sells them like 15 bucks cheaper than the company, and the bottle is a 30 day supply.
Jacklynrae
Glad I am not the only one guilty of the Flinstone's chewable vitamins! I think they are pretty good....nothing spectacular but much better than an ordinary vitamin.
karenlynn79
Thanks all for the suggestions! I am going to try a few of them and see what I can stand..... Karen
mom12
I have compared the Flinstone and they do have everything you need. If you take two of them you actually get too much iron and some overages in other areas as well so be careful.
