Hello Everyone! I am having my surgery on 5/30. I am just starting my pre-op diet, and would like to start one of those ticker things as well. Can anyone tell me how I do that???

Go to www.tickerfactory.com

Once you get a URL (just follow the online directions) load it into your profile and it will come up. I hope that makes sense. message me back if you still have trouble.
