enlightenment???

Hi All

I'm back from disneyland and had a wonderful time.

I also met my mini goal of 200lbs YEAH!

Most of all while I was away I finally GOT IT. Maybe it was because there was only 4 of us instead of the normal 8 to eat,(or 20 when I'm at work) but I finally listened to my body while I was eating.

I don't have to wait to feel full or hiccup or PB. My body tells me when I'm done with a sigh. So easy!!!

I probably ate less than half than what I was last week, which is about 4 times less than before banding.

Now I'm back home I hope I'm still listening for the sigh.

Hi

WEDNESDAY THURSDAY TODAY

oatmeal scrambled egg +1/2 bacon strip 3/4 Protein shake

1/4 piece white fish +corn 4 chicken nuggets 3/4 can ready mix tuna No crackers

chicken salad cottage cheese cup 1 hard taco

1 frozen banana fat free ceamsicle will have creamsicle

approx 1000cals approx 900cals approx 950 cals

It really helps me get an idea of how much I will be eating..

Now is there anything that you simply CAN NOT eat?
