nicolek Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 Hi All I'm back from disneyland and had a wonderful time. I also met my mini goal of 200lbs YEAH! Most of all while I was away I finally GOT IT. Maybe it was because there was only 4 of us instead of the normal 8 to eat,(or 20 when I'm at work) but I finally listened to my body while I was eating. I don't have to wait to feel full or hiccup or PB. My body tells me when I'm done with a sigh. So easy!!! I probably ate less than half than what I was last week, which is about 4 times less than before banding. Now I'm back home I hope I'm still listening for the sigh. Just had to share Nicolek >
srossell Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 I know everyone is different - but could I ask you for a sample of what you eat on an average day? It is hard to know until you are there - and right now - I am not there yet - just wondering.
