Hmm.. Today I sat down with my lunch.. small plate, divided in 4, with stewed tomatoes, tuna, pasta, cantelope, ate about 15 small bites, the stopped, feeling kind of "plugged up."

It hurt for a minute or 5, then went away, so I ate a little of the tuna mixed with the wetter tomatoes. I just felt full, and now, over an hour later, I still feel a bit overfull.

I so very much hope and pray that it is my fill kicking in. However, I have been shredding so many papers and am so tired from trying to pack up a full house for a small apartment that it is possible that I sleep-walked in the night and ate shreds of paper. Paper mache will plug you up too, you know.

Here's hoping for the restriction instead.

Well, ater two weeks, I think it IS my fill. I have been drinking chocolate protein powder in my coffee, today I had a lean cuisine for lunch and felt no restriction, but at supper, I ate some roasted chicken and some sushi, only I never got to hte sushi. I had the wishbone meat of the chicken. I am still sitting with a big lump in my chest.

For a moment, I thought you said we had to listen to our boobies and I giggled. I swear - I am so immature sometimes. lol

I wish my bobbies would listen to me and go back to where they were! LOL!!!!!!
