Allcdngirl
I've had it before and it's got alot of sugar (especially if you the whole container in one sitting!! lol), so be careful. One of those where fat free is not always better. I am 10 days post-op and had a Wendy's frosty today. It was sooooooooo good!
mom12
I had one in the airport on my way back from surgery. Could only eat about 1/4 cup of it but it was great and I knew I wasn't getting close to enough cals anyway.
my_friend_amber
I'd say as long as your sugar isn't crazy high and you're not eating and eating and eating it, it's a fine suppliment when you feel like you're going to burst if you don't get the tast of some kind of "real food" in your mouth like we all do!! soccermom
Yes I have and it was wonderful. I actually treated myself on Mother's Day and they were giving it away free on Mother's day. Had no problems with it.
